• The glass is kiln-fired up to 1500°F
• After firing, it is shaped and cold-worked using diamond abrasives
• A small groove is ground along the edge with a diamond disk to securely hold the wire setting

This process ensures durability while preserving the organic beauty of kiln formed glass.
