Handmade Nature Inspired Art Glass Jewelry by Weathered Heather in Central NY!

Glass: Transparent light orange Kiln Formed Art Glass with dichroic glass for sparkle.

I package each jewelry item in a box and mail and tissue paper.

These kiln formed art glass earrings are created by layering colored glass with a layer dichroic glass and firing it up to 1500 degrees. At that temperature, the glass elements become one piece. After it is properly cooled, I grind a half round groove on the edge which allows me to safely wire wrap the glass.

Please Note:
The bubbles you see within art glass designs are often described as “champagne” bubbles and are a characteristic of kiln formed glass.
Measurements are approximate. Colors may vary based on monitor calibrations.
